WEAPONS— The only weapon Takeru has is a lighter, which he uses to replenish himself, or go into his Dragon Force state.

TECHNIQUES— DRAGON SLAYER - This is the custom style that Takeru uses when using his Pyrokinesis. It involves manipulating flame to different degrees, for separate purposes. Takeru named it Dragon Slayer because the flames were 'so powerful, even a dragon couldn't withstand them.' Numerous techniques fall under the style, as listed below.

DRAGON'S ROAR - This is a very simple technique, where Takeru fires a fireball at his opponent.

DRAGON'S CLAW - Contrary to the name, Takeru simply ignites his feet on fire to increase the power behind his kicks.

DRAGON'S IRON FIST - As the name implies, Takeru ignites one of his fists on fire and punches the opponent.

DRAGON'S WING ATTACK - Takeru ignites his hands on fire, creating two streams of fire that he launches at his opponent after leaping into the air.

DRAGON'S SWORD HORN - This is basically a charge attack that Takeru performs after lighting his entire body on fire.

DRAGON'S BRILLIANT FLAME - Takeru ignites both of his hands and combines the flame, throwing the larger fireball at his opponent.

DRAGON FORCE - This is an enhanced version of Takeru's Dragon Slayer style, and only initiated when his temper flares up to it's highest degree. Takeru's entire body ignites, and the surface of his skin begins to resemble magma. The way Takeru enters this state is swallowing the lighter that he has on hand. All of his techniques are increased twentyfold. The drawback of this technique is that, once it deactivates, Takeru is completely drained and suffers third degree burns from the intensity of his own fire. Once the technique ceases, Takeru vomits back up the lighter he swallowed in puke that vaguely resembles molten lava.

FLAME RESISTANCE - Due to enhanced Pyrokinesis, Takeru is able to consume normal forms of fire by eating it, or touching it with his tongue. This is usually how he 'replenishes' himself whenever he is tired out from flame usage. Note that he cannot absorb his own flames, or the flames of other Pyrokinesis users.

Hey, hate to be a bugger, but you kinda sorta need a longer personality. one with paragraphs rather than lists.

Also, your techniques are over the top not allowed. First off, there is no such thing as "Dragon Style", and second, I appreciate the pictures, but they're just proof that your character is a complete copy of his face claim. So, while I see that you put a lot of effort into your application, I can't accept it until you fix those few minor details.
