ALL SPINS OUT OF CONTROL.wonder what's next for heart and soul, nothing i earned can save me now. hear in what may be my final hour.
❚ words: 686 ❚ artist: anberlin ❚ tags: open BEFORE THE YOUTH STOOD THE GRAND mansion of the Wilson family whose brimming lights pierced through spotless windows and stretched its claws onto smooth pavement—it didn't appear as if any other noble clans had entered, and if any of them did, the young Ramsey heir was certain there would have been a crowd of advisors, relatives, and acquaintances to accompany said distinguished leaders. Then again, he did make sure to arrive at least a quarter before the proposed time of the party, and it wasn't exactly because he was excited or looking forward to the evening. Hell no. If it hadn't involved other well-known faces, and if it hadn't been a noble's invitation, he would have sent a formal letter of declination, but no—attending the nonsensical celebration would save some face for the Ramsey's already stained slate, and that was something the clan needed to avoid insults to their name and the gazes of disgust.
At first, Azure had assumed the entire announcement had been a joke, a prank of sorts, to lure the Ramsey family into more unnecessary humiliation—yet after he had heard fellow companions and nameless acquaintances speak of the Wilson's first son and addition of a party, he reluctantly cleared his hectic schedule for the planned night. Usually, any first sons' presence wouldn't have mattered all that greatly in comparison to heads, which meant their attendance rarely ever mattered to the face of growing reputation and power, but this case was somewhat different—this time, an heir had called forth multitudes of folks, an heir. No first son would want to talk with other heads; it just didn't work that way. Heads communicated with heads, at best; and first sons communicated with first sons. Or so, that was how the etiquette had went—or perhaps that had only referred to meetings and not parties? He wasn't entirely sure anymore. Either way, he was obliged to participate.
Walking towards the entrance, Azure momentarily halted and loosened the thin strip of ribbon that had clung around his collar; he normally dressed somewhat formal, but that was usually when he had businesses to attend to; for him, nearly every day had some event that required him to appear appropriate—this one was no exception. Before he was even able to press his balled fist against the wide doors of the building, the greetings of servants synchronized and pulled the latch open, bowing their heads as they waited for the aquakinetic to step into the room. He stared, more of curiosity than of awe; how did they know of his arrival? Surely, he had been quiet upon his destination at the gates, and even then, the gates didn't require any interrogation since the night had been, after all, for every possible individual to enjoy; still, it was understandable—he had been standing outside for nearly ten minutes for no apparent reason at all, and surely, that would have caught some notice.
One thing he had noticed upon entering were the ridiculously high ceilings and cascading crystal lights; typical of aerokinetics, he supposed. Some had the affinity of flying and desired a certain height to be able to move more fluidly in the upper regions, similar to how most aquakinetics built pools or had lived near bodies of water. Interesting, how even they were similar to the very same beasts of which had lingered jungles and seas—they had their own preference of lifestyles and arrangements to suit their element. Other than the architecture, another figure had held his focus, and that was the one and only Wilson son. Automatically, Azure gave a small nod ,"Greetings, Zephyr Wilson."
was all he had said before another sight had entranced him: food—and that was where his exact next destination was as he began surveying the various cuisine piled on towers of silver platters and whatnot. Thing was, none of it looked entirely safe to consume despite its glamorous display. Not to mention, there was meat located off the corner; he would avoid that. Suddenly, his phone vibrated—he quickly snapped it from his pocket, only to have it slip from his grip and into—' blip! '—a punch bowl. "... great ." [/blockquote] ❚ notes: none.[/blockquote]

Opposite of Fun 'til you turn the power on Then you come out, turning up the heat, upstairs all alone, one click for a showIsadora had, of course, been ecstatic when she had heard news of a party being hosted, though all she had down to show her happiness was give a small, typical smile. But in her head, of course she admitted to being excited. She had been bored for oh-so-long, hadn't had the chance to play around with any new toys for the longest time. But tonight, that would change. Parties of all types bred tension and fun, but this would be exceptional. One, because it was being hosted by none other than the Wilsons, her very own family, and two; because everyone would be coming. People of all classes and houses, and types and temperments. Everyone. And of course, that meant that there would definitely be some new people whom she could play around with. Perhaps she'd even find someone who could last her a whole night, though that was doubtful.
Giving herself a quick last glance in her mirror, Izzy glided out of her room and down to where she knew the party would be taking place. She really wanted to run, but that was hardly elegant, and besides, it wouldn't do to let anyone know how eager she was. Isa gave a little shake of her head at the thought. That would just be stupid! No, tonight she would exercise leisure, try to stretch things out, make them last longer, and of course, try to commit a little chaos on the side. She supposed that if no one else was willing then she would just have to kick things in to gear herself, but hopefully Izzy wouldn't be forced to do that. She just wanted to relax.
Walking silently through an entrance, Izzy propped her hands on her hips and looked around, taking in her surroundings. This room never failed to impress her, with it's soaring ceilings and whatnot, and it looked positively elegant tonight, all done up as it was. Izzy couldn't help but feel a little pride. The Wilsons were not shabby by any means. Let's see the others outdo this! Now, all she had to do was wait for the people to come and start up the entertainment, but unfortunately for Izzy, not many people were in the room as of the moment. She spotted a dark-haired young man hovering near the food and close to him, a white-haired male who was almost as familiar to her as she was herself. Grinning, Izzy swept across the floor to go see her cousin.
As soon as she arrived, Izzy began looking him up and down, noticing the outfit he was wearing, which wasn't exactly typical of the male. Then again, Zeph wasn't a typical person. She supposed allowences had to be made. "Well, well, well," Izzy said, drawling out the words. "Don't we look special tonight, all dressed up as we are," Of course, by 'we' she meant 'him', but whatever. He would understand. She opened her mouth to say something else, but a small movement caught her eye, and she turned in time to see the other male's phone splash in to the punch bowl. She gave a small laugh, covering her mouth with her hand. Poor person! Though his misfortune was amusing, she had to admit. "What a shame," Izzy said, addressing him. "I suppose you can always fish it out once everyone's drunk the punch," Knowing Zephyr, though, he'd probably be making plans to do something devious with the punch, most of them having something to do with copious amounts of alcohol, she was sure. And if he wasn't, then she would. Drunk people were always funny.

I might stay up until the a.m.Words: 480 || Listening to: House Party 3oh!3
Four hours ago…
Chaos. That was the perfect word to describe what was happening at the Massarotti household as the young first son was prepping himself for the party that he was formally invited by the Wilson family. At first he wasn’t exactly thrilled about the invite, actually he wasn’t going to show at all, but considering it was by the first son instead of the head…then it probably could be that bad, right?
Instead of the suits his father forced him to wear usually, Jordyn decided to wear a short white bubble dress with a maroon belt with his maroon heels that he technically stole from one of his cousins. Sure, picking out the outfit was the easy part, but getting all of it on was the true mission. ”Mary-Ann, can you help me with my corset?” Calling her over with a bright and simple smile as he waited for the pain to come. Everytime he put the damn thing on, it felt like his maid was breaking his ribs, but beauty was pain, right? Now, before putting on his dress, Jae grabbed his silicone bra and made sure all the hooks were securely snapped into place. All that was really left to do was to put his dress on and put on a little makeup before heading out the door.
At this very moment…
The young boy was standing outside of the magnificent building looking in awe. It was much more than he would have expected, not that he was looking for anything pitiful, just this was more than a little too amazing. Clutching his purse, Jordyn took a deep breath as he made his way into the house. No one would suspect him to be the first son of the Massarotti family, hell; no one would suspect him to even be a boy. Leaving the thought aside, he didn’t allow himself to think too much on the matter; it wasn’t important. The only thing that mattered was that he was here.
”Good evening, Zephyr Wilson.” He spoke gently before walking past him trying to see if he saw any other familiar faces. He noticed the Ramsey boy, actually from his point of view it wasn’t hard to miss them since the first thing he always noticed about them was their marvelous blue hair. Jae’s eyes moved a little more to glance at the food, he was glad he ate before coming; most didn’t look too appetizing to his taste.
Since there was nothing for him to really eat, the young teen made his way to the Ramsey boy. He looked slightly trouble noticing that he dropped his phone inside the punch bowl. That must have really sucked, but all at same time it happened to someone else. ”What a waste, seems like it’s not your night.” Peeking up at the blue haired boy with a small smile.

BRING THE HOUSE DOWN ! ( LET ME HEAR YOU SCREAM LOUD, LOUD. )
What was that guy up to now? That was pretty much the first thing that hit Eli's mind when he got a text from zephyr inviting him to the Wilson's for a party. It's true, people like Eli were always up for a party. Who wouldn't love a laugh, loud music, dance and of course lots of alcohol? However, Eli hesitated to reply to Zephyr's party. Why? Well, the main reason was - it was Zephyr's party. It would be going into his territory and who knows what that sneaky catnapper has up his sleeves.
However Eli arrived at Zephyr's door. He had realized that he could procrastinated longer at the party from doing any of the boring work at home. The people wouldn't mind because it's a party thrown by one of the five clans. Especially as one like this where a lot of people would be coming. Nearly, the whole town. So what fault will there be in going to his party and delaying working? Non. It was a ticket to his night of freedom. He had casually walked in the door and was greeted by some servants who, he guessed, were there to greet people. Of course, he greeted back with a small nod, he remembered their faces, some who Zephyr loves to torture. It had seem he was a bit early for the party, there weren't many people around, just yet. That was a good thing, he had planned to come early and just sit at the back, and perhaps drink. He didn't feel like partying with nobles. He knew that there were others, some with no classes, were going to be here as well -- however, he still did not feel like partying with nobles.
Soon after he was stopped by one of the butlers who had pointed at the katana on his side. Eli swore at him as soon as he told Eli that weapons were not allowed. However, the butler insisted, begging him to let go of his weapon for just a few hours and spare him. Eli soon enough, gave up and gave him his katana, cursing under his breathe. However, he hated when people begged, especially if it went something like -- "please, the first son will torture me to near death if he catches me letting you go with that." For someone who has been freeloading off the Wilson's house whenever he felt like it, Eli understood.
Walking about, Eli noticed that there were people with formal clothing and people who weren't being very formal at all. He found that rather funny, at least, it made him feel better for he was not being at all formal. He remembered someone telling him to at least cover his chest. He was a head after all. Of course, Eli ignored it. Eli turned away from a pair of guests to get a drink. As he stopped at the table, he noticed someone familiar standing beside him. Of course, it was his nephew, Azure, who looked a bit shocked at the least. Eli looked at him with a confused looked, "Yo, Azu." He greeted before his eyes turned towards the people behind his nephew. " oh shi--" Eli turned away, there they were -- zephyr and Isadora. Really, the last people he wanted to see at the moment. There was another girl with them, some girl who he think he have seen before yet, he couldn't' recall. No wonder, after seeing Isadora and Zephyr, who could think right?
It wasn't because he hated them or because they didn't get along or anything. To them, he is something like a toy to annoy. Whenever they see him, they seem to have urges of all kind to annoy the living shit out of him. And really, Eli was hotheaded, making him their perfect target. He sighed as he waved at them, not really wanting to waste any breathe on them at the moment. He was parched, he needed a drink and soon his hands reached towards the punch bowl. Quickly wanting to get the drink into the cup, Eli dipped in the large spoon, when he hit something hard. Out of curiosity, he brought it up. "what the hell did you put in the punch, Zephyr?" Of course, Zephyr was the first person Eli would blame in such situations. The thing looked like a blob, and it was kind of glowing too. He knew it, he knew he shouldn't have came here.

† Lets get this party started right, † † We gonna stay up the whole night. †The first to arrive was Azure. Oh now that was strange. "Greetings, Zephyr Wilson."
The boy greeted him, oh how courteous. That simply won't do at all. He gave off a chuckle although he didn't exactly move from his spot. Instead he rested his hand on the palm of his hand while his arm laid on the smooth white table cloth. His sickening grin as usual was in a place. After all what is Zephyr without his grin? A crime of course! It would be like a Cheshire Cat without its grin. Simply against nature. "Azure it's a party. No need to be so formal. Just say something like 'Hey Zeph what's up?' or something like that." he stated perking up at his given example. In truth he never liked formal greetings. It was simply boring and rather tedious. "But if you insist..." he started slowly standing up slightly pushing the chair giving a slight bow acting like the servants outside. "Welcome to the party Edmund Ramsey." Yes, he had purposely used the given name in hopes of igniting even a small spark of annoyance in the boy. Bored and with no one to talk to he watched the younger first son walked around staring at the food. Oh how naive of him. Well he had lots of to learn after all. Next had been the punch. Again the location was wrong. Punch was far too classic and predictable. Was he given the silver hair male any credit? His attention though was turned around when he heard another set of footsteps. The next person to come was someone that was much more fun. It was his wonderful cousin, Isadora. "Don't we look special tonight, all dressed up as we are," She had commented. Although he knew what her words meant but decided to act ignorant. "Why of course. This is a party after all it would be rather rude of the host didn't dress well Isadora." came his cryptic reply. As usual in public he didn't use his favorite little nickname for her. No, he didn't want others to hear it and then use it. After all it was his nickname for her which meant that only he was allowed to use it. He didn't want the knowledge of that nickname even existing in the mind of others let alone hear them speak it. If anyone but him was to say it...well they would certainly die by Isadora's or if not, the silver haired man's hands. It was wonderful seeing his cousin though since that meant the real fun would soon begin. It won't be that hard to give her hidden messages thanks to the time they have spent together. The third guest though...Zephyr instantly recognized the person. He was sure he had seen that figure before. Yet a part of him wasn't too sure. It couldn't be right? If his thoughts are correct it would be Jordyn but then why is he in a dress or looking so feminine. He really didn't know much about the boy despite the fact that he had used to be close to the Massarotti family thanks to a certain red head but these days he made sure to avoid her which wasn't hard at all. So in the end he wasn't sure. ”Good evening, Zephyr Wilson.” Again? What is up with people and their formal greetings? He couldn't be the only first son that greeted people with familiarity right? Hopefully Spike won't be that way but from what he saw on their little chat online, he wasn't the formal kind of a person. Now now, you don't need to be so formal. It's a party where everyone is equal." he scolded a bit light humor in his tone. Suddenly though he heard a small plop. The host turned around to the source. Some water had stained the table cloth but that wasn't what really made it interesting. No, what made it interesting was the person who seemed to have such horrible luck. It was none other than Edmund Azure Ramsey. Poor boy. Well not really. He noted that Isadora had snickered hiding the sign with her hand. For him his grin simply widened a slight bit. It seems the only person that showed pity was the latest guest. ”What a waste, seems like it’s not your night.” Oh not at all. Zephyr lightly shook his head making a 'tsk' sound three time. "Not at all." he stated. Suddenly though the door opened and to be honest...an unexpected gust had arrived. It had been Eli a.k.a Ellie. The Wilson tilted his head a bit. Eh? It wasn't that he didn't expect the Ramsey head to come. Oh no, he did he had even text him instead of giving out a formal invitation simply because he knew the male would never give it even a glance. What he didn't expect was for him to come so early. Well, this certainly was interesting then. The first person he arrived at was his little nephew. Well he was certainly the first to break the chain of greeting the host before anyone else. Yet as the older blue hair male turned around, blue orbs meeting squinted cold blue ones... " oh shi--" Wow that was the most original greeting so far~. That was the first thing that came into the mind of Zephyr and amazingly there was no sarcasm in that. He actually meant it. Now if only there was a contest for greetings Eli would win. He watched his friend attempt to get some punch only to see that the phone was in there. Hmm..not as bad. If they let the phone and sim card dry out it might actually still be usable. If not, well at least the sim card will be thanks to the cover. "what the hell did you put in the punch, Zephyr?" Ouch. Why is it that he was always blamed. He didn't do anything to the punch. He faked the look of hurt before walking over. "I'm hurt Eli." came his response again avoiding any nicknames. He took the cell phone out and handed it to a butler. "Dry this for me will you?" He watched the man walk away to dry the phone. He knew where it would be and well, he knew what he was going to do with it as well. The sim card probably won't be damaged and it probably has all the contacts of Azure's friends or acquaintances. Now that would come in handy for little on. He took a cup and scooped some punch for himself as if the incident had never happened. The host took a sip. "See? Nothing wrong at all." he stated before making a slight face of discomfort. "Hmm the punch is too sweet though." he stated turning his head towards one of the servants still in the room. His eyes barely opened revealing a small speck of his blue orbs. In truth he had told them to make it sweet and it tasted great to him really but Zephyr had always pretended to hate sweets. Only those who had known him probably since he was a child would know that he was rather addicted to them. So why did he pretend to hate sweets? Well does he ever need a reason to do something? He noticed the servant nodding slightly avoiding eye contact most likely scared of what might happen after the party has ended. Yet despite that the mood was still light since the grin was still in place and his eyes again his the blue orbs to the best of its ability while still allowing him to see. Although there was another reason why he had made such a statement. Even though he had gave eye contact to the servant not even sparing a glance, the real message was to Isadroa. ' Avoid sweets'. [/blockquote][/blockquote] tag;;eli, azure, isadora, jordyn, open to all words;; one-three-two-two notes;; yeah sorry for posting again so soon. couldn't help myself. -shot- guests are still invited though so come in the thread everyone~

SHE was going to be all dressed up for the party that her cousin had prepared. After all, it was a party and she had to look nice. Girl instinct, after all, she wanted to look her best when it comes to large numbers of people. That, and casual things don't go with her pampered personality... Despite how childish she is.
THE girl sat in front of her bedroom mirror, a maid coming over to assist her. She wasn't trusted alone when it comes to make up and things since she can be a little reckless and all and she wasn't quite a natural on make up.
"MS. wilson, i was sent in here to assist. what can i do for you? HER closet pretty much answered the maid's question, inside was the perfect dress, shoes, leggings, etc. and it was all ready to be put on but they had to worry about her make up first... Earning a nervous gulp from the maid. A FEW HOURS LATERTHE girl was all set.. Appearance-wise but she was still in her pajamas which sort of irritated the worker. The girl skipped over towards the closet and stared at the dress with glittering eyes. Inside was a royal blue gown that went down to her ankles. It was more of a child dress than one that an adult would wear. WALKING down the stairs, Dani sighed as she held her dress up in order to keep from tripping at them. Blinking, she raced down the stairs... before tripping on the last one. [/blockquote]

Opposite of Fun 'til you turn the power on Then you come out, turning up the heat, upstairs all alone, one click for a show"Greetings, Zephyr Wilson," "Good Evening, Zephyr Wilson," Isadora could practically feel herself freezing thanks to all the stiff politeness. Good grief! The grey-haired female shook her head, mentally chiding them to let their hair out and live a little. Not everything in life was about manners and courtesy, though Izzy supposed that they could play an important part, but only when people wanted something. Take herself, for example; she was charming to everyone she met, even if she despised them with every ounce of her being, mainly because she had found out, from an early age, that if she was pleasant to people then they were more likely to do what she wanted them to. Eventually, it had just evolved to the point where she insulted people graciously, in an elegant manner.
The grey-haired girl gave her cousin a strange, but not displeased, look. So she was Isadora tonight, and not Dora? Well, that was a surprise. Zeph generally jumped at any opportunity he could get to annoy the crap out of her. Not that she was complaining, of course. She'd have to be mad to want him to call her by that deplorable 'D' word. Generally, she could understand most of his actions, but from time to time he still mystified her. And that was how it should be. Otherwise, Izzy would have abandoned him long ago and left him to whoever else he hung out with.
Switching her attention, Isa gave a quick glance at the female newcomer, who was all dressed up looking nice and pretty. And how cute she looked! A bit too young for Izzy, but she could still appreciate how adorable the other girl looked. Nice hair too. Perhaps she would deal the world a vital service by playing with Izzy later. How would entertaining Isadora and serving the world go together? Because if Izzy was kept happy and interested, then she wouldn't be forced to unleash her boredom upon the world. Life made so much more sense when it was presented from her point of view, it really did.
Isadora was distracted from her observations when another newcomer walked in. Tall, blue hair, not too bad looking- of course! It was Eli. On the inside, Izzy burst in to a little dance. Eli was fun! Fun fun fun indeed. And interesting! If there was one person here other than Zephyr who could keep her attentive, it was Eli. His reactions were funny too, and he somehow kept surprising her. Yes, Eli would make this exciting. The blue-haired male, on the other hand, didn't seem as pleased to see her and Zeph, instead responding with one of his usual cusses, before turning to the punch bowl and finding some kind of problem with it. Instantly, he blamed Zeph. Izzy was a bit affronted; she could just have easily screwed up the punch as well! In fact, she was planning on doing just that, but later. Now was not the moment.
Izzy grinned on the inside as Zeph put on a hurt expression. She, in turn, responded by putting on a childlike one of her own. "Perhaps even wounded, Zeph?" she asked, following him up to the punch bowl, casually putting her hands in her practically invisible pockets as she did so. Imagine the grey-haired female's surprise when her hand collided with something. Tentatively, she fingered it. Thin, smooth.....oh, she knew what this was! This was from the last party she had gone to, the one where she had gotten bored and then decided that the only way to cure it was by getting everyone drunk. She could still remember herself running all over the house now, gathering up the most potent bits of alcohol and mixing them in to one. She had then proceeded to pour it in to everyone's drinks, but kept a vial just in case. And this seemed like the right time. It was volatile stuff. Even a little bottle like this would do the job. Sidling up to her cousin, she took out the tiny vial, concealed within her hand, and took the other male's hand. "I don't think you'll ever recover from this injustice, Zeph," she said solemnly, secretely pressing the bottle in to his hand. There. He could use it if he wanted to now. At least he would do something entertaining with it.
That done, Izzy turned her attention to her favorite plaything, Eli. Quietly walking around so that his back was to her, she gave a giant smile, before taking a running leap and jumping on to his back and clinging on. "Eli Eli Eli~" she sang out happily, resting the side of her head on his. "I'm SO happy you're here!" her 'greeting' was interrupted by the sound of someone running down the stairs. Isa turned her head, just in time to see the head of her house falling. She issued a sigh. Typical.
Words: 836 Notes: Eli has soft hair ^_^ Let's braid it! Your roof is on fire and you're losing control

better hang on if you're taggin' along, 'cause we'll be doin' this 'till six
in the morning. ♥ "A party, eh?" Toshiko ran her eyes over the invitation she'd recieved that informed her of the party that Zephyr was throwing at his large, enviable mansion. She'd finally decided to go through her mail and it turned out the event was that night. She couldn't find a reason not to go. After all, it was a party, and she was no person to pass up such an event. She smirked down at the card before heading to her room and tossing it on her bed. She turned to face her closet and scan through her wardrobe. She had one dress in the back of the closet that she'd kept for any relevant occasion. Perhaps she'd wear it tonight. And, what do you know, she made such a decision.
After finishing all her own preperations on her appearance, she found herself standing before her bedroom mirror. In front of her stood her reflection of course. Her outfit wasn't completely formal, but compared to her normal attire, the clothing she wore now was much more fancier. Her hair was held up with a ponytail, where most of her now wavy raven black strands spouted out to drape down along her back. Her bangs remained choppy and revealed her blue eyes on which she put a light amount of makeup. A small amount of hair hung in front of her to lay along her torso. The dress she put on was black with straps and loosely layered. There; her appearance was finished and.. She was basically ready.
Eventually she arrived at the Wilsons' household, where she stared enviously at the size of the building. Just the size of it, it made her almost pity herself for living in her own undersized house. Toshiko sighed to herself before she continued towards the entrance to the mansion. She was instantly greeted by butlers who formally guided her own way. Keh... If there was something that made this entrance at all discomforting, it was being led politely by the butlers. She never really liked being treated in such a welcoming manner by servants of any type. It just made her feel too special. Well, that had always been her way of putting it. If "all are to be treated equally" that night, why were these servants put to work? Come on! There's a party going on in the house, and they still have to spend their night greeting people?
Soon enough, Toshiko made her way into the room where the party was held and many people stood, talking amongst themselves. She supposed she arrived a bit later than she would have. Then again, she'd decided to read the invitation late, so in the end, she wasn't one of the first few to arrive. She slowly stepped forward towards an aimless direction as her eyes scanned the room. Several familiar figures were among the party. It seemed they all were in a crowd of their own beside the punch bowl:
There was Azure.. of course he was first to be recognized by Toshi. You couldn't blame her for it; they'd been friends for like, ever. Then there was a rather random girl whom Toshiko had really never met before. She was rather pretty, and must have been speaking to Azure since she'd been facing him with one of those smiles. Toshiko would consider that flirting, but perhaps the blonde-haired girl knew him, and maybe it could be viewed as just a friendly smile... Speaking of smiles, Toshiko spotted Zephyr near them as well. He seemed suspicious as always, with that freaky grin plastured on his face and eyes narrowed to slits. A small distance away, she recognized another being... How pleasant... It was Eli, head of the Ramsey family, but that being less important since a guideline to this party was to treat others as equals. Regardless, Toshiko and Eli never seemed to get along. Always argueing.. Finally, there was another girl who'd leaped on top of him, though Toshiko didn't seem to recognize her.
Toshiko took a step towards them, only to halt at the sound of a girl tripping at the bottom of the stairs. She averted her gaze to sought out the source of this. It seemed the Wilson head had lost her ballance so close to the end of the staircase. How inconvenient. She'd have ran to assist her, but... she simply didn't bother. ALL SPINS OUT OF CONTROL.wonder what's next for heart and soul, nothing i earned can save me now. hear in what may be my final hour.
❚ words: 1412 ❚ artist: anberlin ❚ tags: toshiko, jordyn, open WHAT THE YOUTH HAD IN MIND for a ' party ' had not been as completely imagined; he expected the usual get-up of laughter and music, sure, but while he had anticipated for noise to rampantly circle the ballroom, he thought he, himself, would hold a decent amount of peace and quiet. That was the problem: he thought. As he found himself blankly gazing at what appeared to be his drowned phone in the midst of transparent red liquid, footsteps followed behind, stopping to notice his minor incident; he hid his frown. Then, a foreign giggle. Damnit, Zephyr, Azure darkly bemused, focusing his mind onto the pitiful sunken object; he didn't even want to turn, he didn't even want to see that fixated grin of which most Botoxed women possessed with their skin-tight faces that had presented an unnatural, fake appearance. Like a plastic doll. Except Zephyr wasn't a plastic pink doll; Zephyr was Zephyr—or more well-represented to that of an antique doll, those with such troubling realistic eyes that would make anyone think it had a demon possessing it. Then again, the person of subject rarely opened his eyes, if ever. Or maybe he did—it was probably the shape of his eyes that were ridiculously small.
The feathery voice continued, slurring words together; and mentally, Azure scoffed, still having his back turned to the unknown figure whom he had assumed was the always-around Zephyr. Though the phrase was something the silver joker would have announced himself, the voice of which had yielded such words were higher in tone, more feminine than anything; and for a brief moment, he hoped Zephyr caught a cold or something related—it would have brought the Ramsey unspoken joy to see the other squirming about the floor, but he paused at the imagery: wait, idiots don't catch colds. Propping a friendly visage, the nineteen year-old faced over his shoulder, unexpectedly spotting a woman in place of whom he had once expected to be a helium-swallowed Wilson heir.
It was for a mere second, but it had somewhat agitated him; he saw a Zephyr, a Zephyr donning a wavy mane, something like a Rapunzel wig, and a dress. Sick, wrong, and just plain disgusting in a way that had screamed ' female Zephyr '! Yet, when he blinked to confirm the baffling scene, the scarring illusion was replaced by a thin figure of similar age, ethereal and eloquent in posture, completely different from the ridiculous hallucination; he knitted his brows. What did he just see? ... a crossdressing version of the fox-like jester? The slender vixen before him looked completely different from the smiling clown, and even so, he understood why he saw a Zephyr there: she was a female counterpart of Zephyr, just prettier and a lot easier on the eyes. Ugh. He could just tell by her insincere speech—and automatically, he knew he just had to avoid her, avoid her type of people. If not, he would most likely end up like his uncle—a board for darts.
"I'm afraid that wouldn't sit well for some,"
politely, he remarked, as he turned his focus to the cold container—easy enough, he supposed, to fetch it from its watery confines. Fingers slid carefully over the edge of the bowl with his shoulders attempting to shield his performed act of reeling the fallen device onto the surface—but much to his dismay, interruption bounced near; the punch bowl wasn't the only thing available, so why did guests seem to hover beside him? It couldn't be as if they were all thirsty.. at the same time. Lucky, first in line, too,, sarcasm inwardly groaned as he continued to occupy the section. Unfortunately, Azure stole a moment to halt his procedure to acknowledge the newcomer—another female—who added her own comment to the pity pile of quotes, but at least she wasn't another Zephyr twin. "I wouldn't say that—the night isn't yet over for it to be deemed a misfortune for me, madame ." Amber capsules stared up at him and he returned the fiery hues of such jewels with his own sapphire coloration, curiosity probing at the shelves of his skull; there was something about the blonde lass' eyes that should have reminded him of someone. Similar to how most Ramsey's had heads of blue to be a definable characteristic, the nameless girl's red orbs were nostalgic. Someone had the same eyes—he couldn't quite recall who; the name left him. "Apologies ," he calmly said, wielding a vague, sorry smile , "you must be thirsty ." Quickly, he had to quickly remove the mobile and clear the awaiting acquaintances, but when he turned to snap his fingers at the small drinkable pool, there was nothing to be found except for a shadow cascading over it; dryly, he glanced up—and there was Uncle Eli in all his macho glory. "Uncle ," he began, only to trail off as accusations boomed against the host of the party; oops—it was far too late to sweep the cell phone back into the youth's grip—a servant of the household had already taken it into possession for it to be dried under the oh, so kind jerkwad's demands. Azure could have easily removed the contaminants—any aqua-possessing user could have, and it was hard to believe Zephyr would have allowed that to slip. Damn him and his mumbo jumbo words of ' equality '. All made of bull. What ' equality ' was there in a gathering such as this? Everything from the chandeliers and waiters had ' high-class ' labeled onto their silhouettes—frankly, it was like waving a slab of juicy meat in front of a starving dog, a gaudy show to display wealth. How much he hated parties, especially ones thrown by nobles, or more specifically, the Wilson's. Silently, the blue-haired lad strolled to the remaining lines of fragrant morsels, ignoring the fuss created by his relative's impressionable entrance; he heard the same shrill voice belonging to the witch squeal and ' ooo ', and truthfully to say, he slightly admired his porcupine-headed uncle's capability to withstand such treatments, but it was because of his [uncle's] free attitude that human missiles paved their paths with every chance there was for torment and whatever. Ignore jokers and medusas, and they'd leave anyone alone; on the other hand, respond to their fight words, and it would be a repeated cycle of aggravation—that was what Azure had learned, anyways, to fend their snake-like slitherings off, and it worked. Somewhat. Scratching the nape of his neck, his listless grayish hues searched the room; evidently, more people have came, chattering happily amongst each other—there were all classes of society roaming the fancy establishment. Glances were thrown here and there towards the direction of the punch bowl, most notably at the duo of Wilsons and the single Ramsey creating a scene. He spotted children stuffing desserts into their parents' pockets; men wooing women to dance to the lively tunes of a performing band; newcomers searching in hopes for friends; people taking pictures; Toshiko standing; elders making a sad attempt to get ' jiggy with it '; and... Toshiko..? Azure swore he had to do a double-take to confirm his companion's unpredicted presence; he didn't want another image of a bare-legged Zephyr. Still, he was impressed; he never thought there would be a day where his lady-cohort would have had the whims to dress semi-formally, much less, add make-up to her heart-shaped countenance. Albeit it wasn't the first time he had witnessed his comrade's transformation, given junior high graduation bashes and class parties, it never struck him that she'd willingly attend random invitations for nights similar to the present. Nevertheless, it didn't take from the fact that she portrayed herself as stunning. One step forward, and he paused, stepping to turn towards the nameless blonde girl , "Azure Ramsey, pleased to meet you ," Bowing shortly, he gestured behind him, a warm grin gracing his content features , "If you're not taken for the evening, why don't you join my friend and me ?" An index finger lifted to temporarily point at the area his so-called friend had been located; "Do you see her? She's the fair miss dressed in black ." And if Toshiko ever bothered to glance at him, he waved at her to stroll along by; and, perhaps, if given the chance, he would need to make some time to search for the very same butler who had escaped with his phone. No way would he ever permit for Zephyr to touch a single digit of the electronic's pad. [/blockquote] ❚ notes: < ___ <) ...[/blockquote]

BRING THE HOUSE DOWN ! ( LET ME HEAR YOU SCREAM LOUD, LOUD. )
Soon after he had blamed zephyr, the blob -- which he found out was a phone of his quiet nephew, got taken away by a near waiter. He took a glance at it the last time and shook his head. Well, he was definitely thirsty but, he was not going to drink out of that punch.
He heard Zephyr's fake weep of how Eli had hurt him. Of course, that only lead to Eli rolling his eyes, Zephyr was never hurt -- Eli would usually beat him for giggles and yet, he was never hurt. Truly it would be one of Eli's dream to literally hurt Zephyr - after all, that guy was annoying. For example would be him now. Eli could see it in Zephyr's eyes as he handed the phone to the butler. It was not honest -- how would Eli know? Because, particularly he has been around Zephyr for almost his whole life, unfortunate but, true. The white hair devil was obivously going to do something with the phone, what - Eli really didn't care anymore. Azure could take of his own problems anyways, he was a man - wasn't he? Eli took a quick glance at Azure, yea, he had to be. Sure, the boy's features weren't that manly however, Eli believed in his nephew. That boy was always brought up to be a good ramsey anyways. Wasn't he?
Eli turned around to look for yet another place to drink. He could always squirt water into his mouth and such -- but seriously, that wouldn't be that tasty. He wanted a drink, not water that could come out of his bare hands by concentrating the molecules around him to dense into particles of water. As his eyes wondered around, he saw yet someone else he really could have lived his life without seeing. The girl had just entered, he admitted -- she looked rather nice, for a girl like Toshiko however, her personality just turns Eli off. It wasn't that he hated her ever since he saw her or anything like Zephyr but, they just can't get along. She was like fire and he was like ice -- or it could be the other way around.
Eli spotted another place to get his drink. It was not too far from where he was at, it could be soda but really, he didn't care -- he wanted to drink. So quickly, Eli attempted to walk over to the soda, leaving the people around the punch area, which was forming some sort of gang, and enjoy the rest of his evening. Of course, his attempted was stopped by first, the one and only head of Wilson rushing down the stairs. Eli noticed the girl was dressed nicely and was indeed adorable. She was like a little kid, a highschooler or even a middleschooler -- especially in a dress.
However, he couldn't look for too long. Why yes, because before he knew it, he felt a thump on his back and weight. Sure, it wasn't heavy -- at all -- but, it was annoying. He heard her yelled out his name over and over again, happily. Really, the girl was okay, it was rather attracting of a girl to jump on you and call out your name over and over again with a cute voice. Only, if only she didn't resemble Zephyr a hundred percent. Everything about her, her hair, her smiles, her body and especially her mind reminded him about Zephyr. And that, just that, freaked him out. "heyyy there Isadora.." he greeted, trying to sound amused when anyone could figured out he was not. "I am happy to be he-- " of course, his reply was cut off when he saw the cute little head trip from the stairs. Why did he see that coming?
It would be unmanly of him to just stand there and let her fall on the group however, it would also be quite rude, even to Isadora, to just drop her and run towards the head. However, the room was not quite filled just yet, and the ones that filled it, like Toshiko, would not even bother to catch Dani. He would, if he could, however he knew even if he was strong enough to run to her, he still had a weight of another on him, clinging onto him, he doubt she would have let him go to go catch another girl - even if she was her head. Of course there was no time to think, the woman was falling, in doesn't take seconds to hit the ground. Eli turned a glance at Isadora, bad timing much? Wait - maybe she had planned this all along, she was the female zephyr afterall.
Zephyr, yes. The only useless guy who seriously needed to do something. And what he else can he do but, save that girl. Eli did remember Zephyr always acting a tad weird whenever he was around her - unlike other girls who he plays around with so fine. And really, he was the only person close enough to Eli, other than Isadora who was literally on him. So, the blue haired man took a hold of Zephyr and with most of his might, pushed him towards the stairs with a small smirk on his face. The things he did for this guy.

† Lets get this party started right, † † We gonna stay up the whole night. †Zephyr watched events unfold and took the vile into his hand pressed by Isadora. He quickly placed it into his sleeves. Hm looks like he might be able to get more people drunk than he had originally intended. Yes, this was going to be quite fun alright. For that moment he rested his head on her shoulder pretending to cry. "Oh Isadora, you are the only one who understands me." he stated rather melodramatically like those stupid soap opras that he would watch just to laugh at how stupid the story or how forced the acting was. Oh yes they were always quite a sight. "I don't think you'll ever recover from this injustice, Zeph," He shook his head slowly removing it from her shoulder. "Nonot at all. My heart is now broken in a million pieces having a friend think so badly of me. I don't think I can ever recover." he stated sounding rather mournful.
When he had given the phone to the servant though he had inwardly shook his head. Eli hadn't done a thing to rescue his poor little nephew who's information might as well be in the silver man's hands. What a cruel uncle, who knows what could happen tot he boy after all. He didn't say anything though as he knew that a little game had just began. A game of hide and seek, now who can get to the butler first. Oh how he love games. He'll even gladly give the boy a head start just for the fun of it and to be a good sport. He took a quick look at his competition who seemed to be as calmed as normal. Part of him wished that he had seen some sort of alarm even if it was just a hallucination.
Then another guest came, it was Toshiko. An aquakinetic who didn't like Eli. That was the main reason why he even interact with her since at times she helps him annoy the older male which was always a fun job to do. Strangely though she seems to get along with Azure, something he didn't know until the beach that night. He stood from where he was a bowed his grin back his heart no longer 'broken'. What a speedy recovery huh? "Why welcome to the party Toshiko~" he greeted her rather fondly. He could see some of the guest staring and murmurs floating in the air. Yes, the first son of the Wilson one of the great noble families had just bowed his head to a commoner greeting her just like the butlers outside. His grin was still in place though ignoring the small glances and giving a deaf ear to the whispers. "I hope you will enjoy the party." he told her his voice filled with warmth.
Soon though his ears picked up light footsteps yet there was no greeting from the butlers outside. He turned around to see Dani in a dress that made her look rather...beautiful he supposed. Yeah, but then again of course she was. She is the head of the Wilson clan, their representative, she had to look pretty. His smile softened a bit though but he it quickly hardened when he heard Isadora cry out to Eli. Poor guy, she was even jumped on. The eldest first son knew that feeling very well as she had jumped onto him a lot of times when he was young. He had always accepted it though since it was either that or she would give him some cute puppy dog eyes and he would do it anyway. Curse her charm, too bad it didn't work on him anymore though since he became immune to it. He walked over to the water that was close to the stairs to clean him of the detestable sugary water.
He kept note of the many guests that had came enjoying their days. Ha some of them were even stuffing dessert into their pockets. Poor kids they simply didn't know what they were into. Oh well whatever let them take it, he didn't need those sweets anyway. No, it wasn't just that. Zephyr had avoided many things he needed to do or eat in life. One of them according to Eli was to 'man up'. Instead he really rather not want it. A part of him wondered just how their parents would react. Well at least they can enjoy the moment of thinking they had victory. Really, they should never play a game with the male, rarely would anyone other than him win. Speaking of games...his head turned to Azure who seems to be looking around.
Okay his head start was now finished. The silver hair man took a step ready to look for the butler who he was sure was in the back of corridors. He knew where the guest's items were placed thanks to the fact that he lives in the house so it was time to get the sim card and transfer it to his phone. Once that is done he'll put it back and place it where the servant had put it making it seems like the boy had won. Now that would be a wonderful sight, seeing a small smile crushed when one of his dearest friend got a call from Zephyr. He already got an idea for his first victim who was conveniently placed in the party.
Yet he stopped when he felt something in the back of his mind. It was a feeling like an instinct. It was most likely nothing. Wait, why hasn't anyone talked to Dani yet? She was the head of the Wilson she must have attracted attention. He quickly turn his head to her location and his icy blue orbs widened filled with worry. She had fallen? Wait she can just use wind to push herself. No, it must had been shock she won't react on time since wind doesn't push someone in a small instant. The servants were also either too shocked or was too far away but he saw some ran. Idiots! Okay he can quickly just use the wind to push her.
Zephyr slowly raised his hand to call the wind. Yet it would be perfect and he would quickly walk away. No one would know and Dani would be safe. Since well...if she wasn't he would have to do the paperwork. Okay so falling down a stair won't exactly kill her but yet he felt himself wanting to make sure that she would be alright. He felt the wind move, his plan was going to work. Well of course it would, how was he to expect differently? Well he should have because his concentration broke by a small push. He didn't even have time to turn around to see who it was. Although whoever it was, was strong so had to be male and daring enough to actually dare push him. In other words Eli. He never thought he would ever scream this even mentally but
Curse you Eli!
Never had he cursed anyone. Fate, karma and things he knows he can not control then yes but people? They always do what he wants to do or at least they usually do anyway. Zephyr knew that he had no time to conjure up the wind thanks to his friend. He had to run for it. Quickly he used the wind to push himself to go faster feeling pure adrenaline. The moment he felt her body in his arms he inwardly sighed in relief. She was safe.
Yet it took him a moment, he was holding her like a princess, one of his foot on the stairs and the other at the base. Her body slight tilted downward and his face had been close to her as if he was some prince ready to give her a kiss. Of course everyone who know him for more than five minutes knew. Zephyr Wilson was never a prince. Wait, why could he see so much of her? That was when the second realization came, his eyes were still open. The eyes that he believed had a murderous gaze since that moment. That was why he always squinted it because it had seen too much blood, they no longer held the innocence they did when he was a child. Yet at the moment what he didn't know was that they weren't cold but rather warm like the sky on a clear day. The last thing he noticed was that he didn't feel the forced smile but rather a gentle warm one. The one he had held, the one that he found himself hating.
For a few seconds that to be honest felt like hours he held her but once his mind had fully registered his eyes were once again shielded. He moved his foot from the stairs to the ground and let her down. His smile hardened things going back to normal"Dani you should be careful there." he chimed. Her body was so warm. He did kind of wanted to hold her closer but refused to spoil himself. He then walked back into the crowd to find a way to the corridor.
It didn't take him long to get the phone. Yet the moment he held it he realized he didn't feel like playing the usual game anymore. He didn't want Azure's information because he realized. He must had looked quite similar to the boy. Yeah that was the biggest reason why he hated him. It was one thing to take up Eli leaving him bored as a kid but when he stare at the boy he realized something. The male looked like a mirror of him. That fake smile, the tone everything. Zephyr hated looking in the mirror. He had avoided it for so long. If he gets to learn about the boy, he would have to stare at the mirror even more which was not something he liked to do. So instead he took the phone and pushed it into his pockets before going back to the party.

Opposite of Fun 'til you turn the power on Then you come out, turning up the heat, upstairs all alone, one click for a showOh, yet another newcomer! The grey-haired girl gave the black-haired other girl a small smile, before her attention wandered over one of the other guests, the one whose phone had fallen in the punchbowl. Azure Ramsey, wasn't it? Though Zeph had called him Edmund, but most likely he had just been using that title to annoy him, one of Zeph's favorite pastimes which he exceled at. The boy, Azure or Edmund of whatever the hell he was called, was staring at Isa with a look of horror on his face. Oh, come on; she wasn't that hideous, was she? Great, now she would be self-conscious for the rest of the night. Thanks a lot, Ramsey kid. Izzy just gave him a trademark sweet smile, one that had melted ice off of colder hearts than his, and watched him walk away.
Pff, he didn't matter to her though; right now, the only person she was interested in playing with was her Eli! Winding her thin arms around his neck, she gave a sigh and rested her head on his. His hair was soft. What would happen if she braided it, Izzy dared to wonder. Probably mass carnage everywhere, but he would look so cute......maybe if she got him drunk, then he would let her. But what if he was an angry drunk? That wouldn't be fun, or bode well. Izzy was at the prime of her life, she didn't want to get abused now and be scarred forever, though if that did happen, it would make a wonderful thing to hold over Eli in the future. But no, that would just be stupid.
Hopefully, there wouldn't be too much alcohol around here, though. As long as it was administered to the right people, Izzy was fine with it, but she herself didn't want to run a risk of accidentally intaking liqeur. She had only gotten drunk a few times before, and they had all been accidents. Izzy didn't remember much, only being very sleepy. Some people were angry drunks, some people were hyper drunks. She was a tired one, who fell asleep at the first opportunity. But this was not a time to think about booze! This was the time to appreciate the softness of hair and praise it, in her head of course. As daring as the grey-haired female could be, not even she wanted to cross that line.
Izzy could have laughed as she heard the reluctance in Eli's voice, his annoyance. Already it was beginning. Clearly, he wanted her off. But Izzy didn't want to get off. It was rare that she got piggy back rides anymore, and even rarer that she found someone who could entertain her for a long time. Zeph was always wandering about, leaving poor old Izzy all on her lonesome. She wouldn't be leaving Eli unless someone pried her from him with stiff angry fingers. "What, Eli," the Wilson girl said, a tremor in her voice. "Don't you love me anymore?" her bottom lip began to quiver in a childishly endearing way, and her smokey eyes filled with tears. It was an expression enough to break anyone's heart, but it was wasted because her face was facing the back of Eli's head. She really should get in to acting or something.
Tilting her head to the side, she watched as Eli gave her cousin a bit of a shove towards her other cousin, the head. She untwined one arm from his neck and stroked his head, a small smile on her face. "That's sweet, Eli," she said, for the first time that day sounding genuine. Naturally, the blue-haired male himself could not have caught her klutzy cousin, so he sent the other one over to help out. Watching Zeph help Dani, Izzy tilted her head and observed them more closely. It was safe to say she knew Zeph better than almost anyone at this party, and though it could be her eyes playing tricks on her, she could swear that he was handling Dani with utmost tenderness. She, Isadora, never got that treatment. Hmm, this would have to be looked in to , oh yes it would. "Aw, they look so cute together," she chimed quietly, her mouth right next to Eli's ear. 'Incestual, but cute,' she added quietly, before continuing on. "How come I never get any action?" the girl mused aloud. Come to think, it was true. Izzy wondered why....probably because of Zeph. Somehow, she could route all the problems in the world back to him. Or herself, for that matter.
Words: 760 Notes: Ugh, this was a crap-tastic post. Your roof is on fire and you're losing control

better hang on if you're taggin' along, 'cause we'll be doin' this 'till six
in the morning. ♥ "Why welcome to the party Toshiko~"
Gee, after finally passing all of the nerve-racking welcomings given to her by the servants, she had to deal with the host of the party doing so himself. To make it worse, the murmurs that arose from the crowd surrounding them seemed to be surprised. She knew why, of course. An unknown commoner being given such a formal greeting by the much higher-ranked heir. Of all people, he'd made his way over to say such words to her. It made her wonder... even more than that, irritated. Save it, she'd thought of saying, but instead forced herself to reply more calmly. After all, it was his party.. Not to mention if she'd said anything even close to what would come off as offensive in front of the crowd, she'd be unable to handle the reactions, she was sure.
"Er.. Thank you," she replied softly while adding a slight curtsey. She winced in discomfort. The only time she'd ever been pleased with being polite and patient,.. and so willing to look innocence had been ever so long ago. She'd given up on being controlled by the odds once her stubbornness kicked in, far back in the past. Showing obedience to one whom she'd barely even liked at all had only added to her aggravation.
As soon as she finished returning the greeting so very awkwardly, and watched as the silver-haired male averted his gaze and walked away, she waited for the crowd's eyes to move to focus elsewhere. She couldn't very well handle being the center of attention to an entire room. They seemed to find everything suddenly interesting once the more known high-ranked had been involved, didn't they? What pressure.. Never had she been so appreciative to not being one of either of the families. Though, she would like the nice house, the fancy housekeeping, the fortune... As if she'd ever say she deserved it. The heads, and the future heads in line to serve had talent that was relied on by many. Did she really have anything like that?
Toshiko sighed a bit and played with her own hair, though not enough to mess it up of course. Just enough to keep her occupied. Until suddenly, the Wilson head had lost her footing at the end of the staircase.. The crowd had watched as the green-haired girl had nearly fallen to add an awkward silence to the room. Time seemed to pass so slowly.. Though just before she'd become without a relief, the same silver-haired man whose threatening smile had always been seen on that face of his, the one who'd ruined Toshiko's interested vibe with a sudden spotlight in front of a good fraction of the room.. that same guy, he seemed to be the one to jump at that chance to be her savior. It could be referring to the way he'd literally lunged forward with the help of his own element to kneel below the family head to catch her delicate body in his own arms. The surprisingly new look on his face..
Sheesh.. A bit overdone, don't you think? He'd seemed to be holding her in such a romantic way, and for a splitsecond, you forgot about that odd feeling about it that was rising since they were related. Toshiko herself had to admit; it was shamefully adorable. His result after leaping to her aid, it was something you thought you could only witness in those dramatic books or something. But before you knew it, he'd set her down, given her a warning and walked away. So much for a knight in shining armor.
Toshiko blinked, glancing around at those around who'd watched the moment happen. Some mutters were found to be in disapproving tones, others discussing how neat it'd be to have such a thing happen to themselves. So naive~. Did true love ever really last forever? If it did, why do such tragedies like "divorce" ever come and end what was believed to go on longer than a lifetime?
Toshiko sighed and shook off the troubling questions that lacked answers. Perhaps her own witnessing of such "true love" had made her feel so ashamed about the topic. She turned to look at the lessening group over beside the punch bowl once more. Azure and the blonde remained, with Eli and his "passenger" only slightly further away. Toshiko smiled slyly and slowly walked towards Azure to approach him with his back turned. Was she planning on leaping onto his back just as the other girl had to the Ramsey head? Maybe not, just some sort of surprising, sudden contact. As she neared the two, she noticed how the fancyish shoes on her feet hitting against the floor may have given away her nearing presence a bit. So, before the boy turned to face her, she sped up until she stood behind him. She reached upward and began to yank on Azure's hair, pulling his head backwards quite a bit.
She smiled at him a teasing, sarcastic smile as she spoke with much of his blue strands in her hand. "Silly boy~." She blinked past his shoulder at the unknown female who faced them as well. "Is he lying to you? Noo, his name is Edmund Ramsey. Call him that, it's his secret pleasure.. Right Ed?"
with me and all my friends. drink up, fall down, then we'll do it all again.

Today was a grand party; it was going to be one of the few social gatherings that she had to attend. She sat by her vanity and moved a comb through silken gold hair. She made sure to wash it last night simply because the maid brought up the subject of this party. She had to look her best…for the guests and to look stunning next to her brother. That was her main concern, her brother was her everything. Preparing herself accordingly with first her undergarments and her dress she made sure to match immaculately. Her dress was a bold red with different hues and shades. Her torso was tightly accentuated, but the rest of the dress below spread out. Her dress more behaved like a corset, only she made sure it wouldn’t squeeze her so tight the air would leave her lungs. Her wings were free on the back…and no more questions of trying to verify their existence as a real thing and not some accessory she wore. Putting a thin red ribbon in her hair and proceeding with her make up; she made sure her lips were softened with a dab of red and blush. Mascara made her eyelashes look longer and when finished she quirked her eyebrows in disdain.
I…look like some doll. Well I do most of the time, but…I do have to look nice…
She’d have the most difficulty with understanding why women tried so hard, but it wasn’t really her choice. She put on her heels and white gloves with a small red ribbon woven through it. She took a breath and proceeded out her bedroom door. Cocoa, her dog followed but the blond doll declined his wagging. She knew what he wanted; he wanted to come along with her. She did consider it…he’d look absolutely adorable with a ribbon in place as a collar, and his teddy bear cute looks would only wow the crowd. He was very intelligent and he wouldn’t bark. She mulled it over for awhile and decided to have at it. He was a dog but he was well-mannered. Not like he was huge, he was a Shiba Inu they were small and durable dogs. Bringing a smile to her face he immediately took it as approval and ran round her in a cheerful circle. She took off his collar, brushed him quickly and put a large red ribbon in place of the collar. He looked so cute that she could hardly contain herself in petting him.
“You have to be a good boy. Parties usually don’t have dogs around. And no begging for food…you have to give them a sit and an eye treatment if you want anything like a good mannerly dog.” Cocoa tilted his head, but seemingly understood the complex command. Cocoa was her only friend besides her brother…it was only natural that he’d pick up on her feelings. This time she was nervous, so he tilted his head further to her hand to reassure her.
She came to the stairs and watched as all the people flooded in. What would they even think with Cocoa being here? Well he wasn’t brain dead at all, and was more like another person. She placed her hand on a small oak end table with a vase. Her blue eyes caught the sight of eye blaring aqua and then a familiar face holding her because she fell. The look of shock and bewilderment came across her face at the peaceful, gentle smile on his face…and his eyes were open. She knew those signs that he so desperately wished to hide. They were for only her to see…and she rarely saw that herself. Cocoa looked up at his emotionally struck master and began to whine a little. The aura of murder she exuded, she would let it be known. Her hatred, her every bit of resentment for this girl that made her brother feel joyful while she could not so easily. The vase on the end table began to tremble and quake by the wind making it do so. It spread across the entirety of the room like a howl that gently sent a lift dresses and made the large chandelier on the ceiling jingle. The glass and diamonds clanked against each other. She was beyond angry as she stared down at the two with a glare that could melt the flesh off of any living being on this planet.
You take my position, you take the goal that I had tried to grasp for the majority of my life…and now…you try and take my brother?!
Her thought screamed and shouted in her head, resembling that of both a child having a temper tantrum and also of an adult expressing her feelings of murderous intent. She hesitated to go down the stairs when feeling such a way. That an aura like this could come from only one person. She wanted to slap her with her glove to execute a duel and thoroughly destroy this stain upon the family, but in an instant, the wind that she conjured had died down as quickly as it came and she moved downstairs with finesse and grace that she could muster herself. Cocoa followed suite.
“…” She came to her brother and her hand gripped his shirt. She didn’t want to look at him…not after this. “You’re the host…don’t bother with a head that can’t handle stairs. Get going and make the guests feel more comfortable.” She spoke, trying her best to sound the usual gentle yet firmness she carried in her tone, but cracks of ice only came from it that she tried to hide. She let go of him and eyed a chair by the window. She didn’t want to talk to anyone not after her evening was spoiled by this event. Sitting down, she gazed out the window and Cocoa sat in front of her.
“You should go mingle. Don’t let me spoil it for you.” She spoke to Cocoa softly, but she did not smile and Cocoa didn’t want to leave her be while in such a distressed state.
I don’t feel like eating, talking, or anything… [/blockquote]
