First off, you need to follow the template, you may not under any circumstance use a picture that large, especially when it stretches the page. Also, you need to write up a face claim - that is, a anime or manga character from a specific series.

Secondly, you need to focus a lot more on your spelling, grammar, and writing. Your sentences are completely contradictory. A person cannot be exceedingly charismatic and sadistic and power-hungry at the same time. Also, there is no possible way for someone like him to get any position of power on the island because he is not part of any important family (and even if he was, all important figures are pretty much taken).

Your character is stated to be an Aerokinetic, yet one of his techniques is a shockwave which would be categorized as an Electrokinetic technique. As a character cannot manipulate two different kinetic elements (it is impossible) you'll have to choose between one or the other (as you have plenty of fine Aerokinetic techniques, I would suggest simply removing the shockwave).

Other than that, he seems like a good villainous character for Utopias =]
