san diego is known for its bright lights, stylish fashion and model teenagers. or, well, that's what the parents tell themselves anyways. sure, some of the parents create the perfect life for their spawn; the whole white picket fence, golden retriever, the two kids, everything. then there are the kids born into the elite light; the parents never home, teens getting special treatment, ect. don't forget about the normal kids, though, who have their own problems and choose not to announce it to the rest of the world.
these elite teens and the not-so-elite teens have always been divided. the ones without the summer house in prague go to clairemont high school, while the others went to marcus kingsley boarding school. now, though, after a recent flood, kingsley has been forced to close down for renovations. all those richy-rich kids are now forced to attend school with the middle to low class teens at clairemont public high school. and these teens are not happy. the division between the rich and middle and poor is evident, and these teens just don't know how to handle it. their worlds have been turned upside down.
